Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until you reach out to us so we can help you confirm this information.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges and Returns

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, use the "contact" form in the footer of the homepage section for fastest service or e-mail us at support@happysailor.net.  We will instruct you on how to send your item to: Printex Inc 401 S Maple Ave, Hannibal, MO 63401  It’s best to add also a note inside the returned package with your name, order ID and the requested item’s color and size.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you are returning an item. 

If you have received an incorrect order from Printex, let our support team know immediately. Please provide proof of wrong item sent, such as color of shirt, damages, size or item. A picture of the actual item received is good proof for us to examine and to send to Printex. As such, it must be sent to us not later than a week after receiving the item. Rest assured, Printex will send replacement for free so you will not have to pay for the correct item or shipping.
